Unessa minulle esiteltiin Windowsissa pyörivää Van Gogh Panorama -nimistä ohjelmaa, jolla saattoi kätevästi selata tietokoneenkäyttöhistoriaansa. Ohjelma otti ruutukaappauskuvia käyttötilanteista ja kokosi ne aikajanamontaasiksi, jonka avulla oli helppo palata kaikkiin niihin ohjelmiin ja tiedostoihin, jotka olivat olleet auki tietyllä ajanhetkellä. 1/2 #unet

I got an HD on my latest assignment.. but the comments the marker left don't make sense.
He made 3 comments - the first one was that I needed to "outline what [I] know about Indigenous people and the criminal justice system", the second comment says "reads well with explicit focus on the cjs", the third says "strong professional focus upon nature of Indigenous Australian over-representation in cjs also applying cultural competency learning. Reads very well indeed."
I don't understand how I can both NOT outline the experience of Indigenous people in the cjs and also have outlined it enough to get those positive responses...?
Then in the overall feedback for the assessment he told me I have to "conceptualise settler colonialism".
He's a non-Indigenous academic.
It's a paper about cultural competency in professional practice, and the first sentence I've written positions me as a Kamilaroi person.
But he's going to tell me to "conceptualise settler colonialism".
Right.

The "anti-Semitism" resolution at universities is nothing less than an attempt to criminalize solidarity with Palestine. Even before the resolution was passed, the Rectorate of the University of Bremen took action against the Palestine solidarity movement on campus. This cannot continue!
On Wednesday, the Academic Senate will discuss the resolution in a public meeting. We have written a text that we will present. Therefore: Come to the Academic Senate and bring your kuffiyahs! We need your support!

#Deutschlandticket für Studierende, a.k.a. #Semesterticket, muss minimum genauso barrierearme Tickets haben, wie das Original. Auch dem #Dticket fehlt aber ausdruckbare Variante, die es bei #Bahncard gibt!
In vielen Regionen wird 100% der Studierenden #Smartphone-Ticket via #App als angeblich einzige Option genannt. Beim Dticket nutzen es 43% bewusst NICHT, weil sie Wahl haben!

Ca. 80 Studierende organisierten einen spontanen Gegenprotest.

wie die notwendige #Suffizienz-Strategie besser politisch implementiert werden kann wie es gelingt, die Strategie in der #Klima-#Modellierung bzw. bei #Energiezsenarien besser zu berücksichtigen Tolle Beispiele aus dem Nachbarland #Frankreich 
, u.a. vom #DeutschFranzösischenZukunftswerk @RIFS und der #AssociationNegawatt!

I have a paper due for my drugs subject in a few weeks - discuss legislation and policy concerning illicit drug use and control in one international country as a basis for comparison with Australia.
I was going to look at the decriminalisation of drugs in Portugal, because that's super interesting... however..
..however.
"In conclusion, Australia should not follow the example of illicit drug policy and legislation set in the Philippines by Duturte's presidency because:
1. a lot of poor people were murdered in awful ways
2. the ICC will arrest and charge you with crimes against humanity."

Soluasuntomme olohuoneen seinä oli valtava näyttö ja koko asunnon pystyi muuttamaan virtuaaliympäristöksi Star Trekin holokansien tapaan. Käynnistimme katastrofipelin, jossa Hooverin pato murtuu – ja asunnon avoimesta ulko-ovesta alkoi virrata sisään vettä niin kovalla paineella, ettei ovea saanut enää kiskottua kiinni. 1/2 #unet
