Kengo had to see his vet today for some growth by his anus, which he found to be a very common benign type and no action is needed for now. So it was a relief to us and my coffer. I love our vet but the office's booking is always annoying. We waited for one hour for a five-minute exam.
Oh well. Kengo was totally bored.
To clear the mood, I attach a beautiful morning sky shot at work.

This was taken from the church of San Michele in Bosco looking out over Bologna. The tower you can see there is the Asinelli tower - it was built sometime between 1109-1119.
Other important information about this area is that I saw a bat and it was very cute.

Photo of the sky just after the blue hiur ended. Towards the horizon there's still some lighter blue visible but it gets darker the higher up we look. In front of the sky is a thin scattered collection of whispy thin clouds. They're whitish towards the horizon where the last daylight hits them. They turn a gentle pastel purple higher up, which is either a product of the automatic filters the phone uses or a reflection from the light pollution of the city. The whole photo gives an appearance of gentle and soft nightfall. A thin white streek of a plane trail is visible at the bottom and a few stars peek through the clouds.
