#Canadian #PrimeMinister #MarkCarney has declared that the longstanding close relationship between #Canada and the #UnitedStates has come to an end. Sit with that for a moment friends. 100 days to turn friends to foes and upend a history of being allies, in all possible ways - country to country and people to people. My fervent hope is that there is an understanding that He is not Us and never will be. We will persist, and we will prevail, and we will work to restore what he has ravaged.

OTD in 1963 Lester B. Pearson becomes our 14th #PrimeMinister, after an extraordinary diplomatic career. His government was responsible for the Canada Labour Code, universal health care, Canada Student Loan Program, and Canada Pension Plan. He established the Order of Canada, unified the Canadian Armed Forces, oversaw the creation of the Maple Leaf flag in 1965, and the Canadian Centennial celebrations in 1967.

#DanielJones of self-defence company #TacticalForceCombatives claimed on Facebook to have taken part in the stunt. In a video posted this morning, Jones claimed to be “asking #Albanese some questions”, and said there was nothing “James Bond” about tracking down the #PrimeMinister.”
