Here's my #introduction - I'm a #DeafDisabled #dancer and #engineering #education PhD student. There are many apps; some have lovely functionality that others don't. Browse.
Timed mute, unlisted toots, and the local & federated timelines are neat to enjoy. The federated timeline has been an enjoyable fast-moving river for me to dip into & discover people/hashtags to check out.
I try to share a mix of useful, thoughtful, beautiful, & silly things.

I set up a "list" of people I personally know (a subset of the people I follow) -- folks I particularly want to keep up with. I can read that list instead of my main timeline if I'm in a hurry.
