@openrightsgroup I'd like to offer a potential solution to the issue at hand. Wouldn't it be sufficient to change the legal entity to one outside of the UK and relocate the physical hosting to another country? This way, UK law would not be applicable, and enforcement would be more challenging for governments.
In general, it's often too expensive for governments to pursue lawsuits in other jurisdictions, and local authorities are not eager to facilitate international law enforcement. I think it's worth exploring the possibility of finding someone to create a LLC or similar legal entity to act as the legal responsible party.
As I'm sure you're aware, many fellow entrepreneurs here have experience with setting up legal entities, and you could probably find someone willing to help. Additionally, I believe that many users here have experience with running servers, so it's likely that we could find someone to help with the technical aspects as well.
If someone from the UK were to approach me about setting up a company for a good cause in Switzerland, the US, or the EU, I would be happy to help, and I'm sure many others here would feel the same way. What do you think?
