I've seen people (ironically, perhaps) refer to Pete Hegseth as a DEI hire. This is a fundamental perversion. Hegseth is exactly the kind of person DEI was created to address - an incompetent white buffoon who gets a position over a vastly more qualified Black person.
I keep getting told I should make a professional webpage for my work and to raise my profile, but 1) I'm not very professional; 2) that sounds a lot like work, and I'd rather not.
I know this *looks* bad, but it's actually an improvement. In the past, when conservative whites wanted to destroy Black people's attempts at building generational wealth, they just murdered us, and burnt our buildings to the ground! So, progress!
