Tomorrow I will be attending (and hopefully speaking at) a special city council meeting in my town to address the public’s concerns about the recent death (ahem, not accidental) of an unhoused neighbor, James Oakley, who was crushed to death by a backhoe in one of their encampment sweeps. I am bracing myself for the what-about-ism bullshit comments and arguments I will undoubtedly hear from some of the City’s residents. I don’t know what else to be said that everyone deserves to live under a roof. Period. Everyone. Yes everyone.

Der Bauernhof in #Agonitz an der #Steyrtalbahn ist fast fertig.

Es fehlen noch Fenster, Türen, Fallrohre für die Regenrinnen.
Und das Dach braucht noch eine Granierung mit weiß, damit die Struktur besser sichtbar wird, die Bleche sind noch zu sauber. Da muss noch Rost und Alterung drauf.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Werk.

Entstanden ist das Haus aus Finnpappe, XPS-Platten, Dachplatten von #Artbeeren, Modellbauspachtel von Bergswerk, Acryl-Farben von Gerstäcker und #Weatherungs von #Vallejo.
Die Beleuchtung kommt von #Fichtelbahn #Opendcc #Neocontrol.
Materialwert incl. Beleuchtung wird so geschätzt um die 70€ sein. Wobei die Dachprofile mit abstand das Teuerste sind.

As a late happy new year, I have uploaded my furthermore optimized 18ml paint dropper bottle storage for the iBoxx72 (Sortimo) System! You can now store 60 bottles (#ArmyPainter, #Vallejo) in one iBoxx!
There's also a small hidden storage box in the last row, for small parts. Thinking about making a dove tailed version for the whole width to store brushes in. Suggestions? #miniaturePainting #ModelPainting #3dPrinting #warhammercommunity
