It's holiday weekend here in the UK and I finally got around to post some updates on my KO-FI, that now includes a listing for manga-style custom illustrations.
I also finally finished my fan art of Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher and made a study of Moiraine Sedai (we started Wheel of Time S3 yestarday) to test some new art supply.

Here is an example of the new illustration commission that you can now request, which is a comic portrait of our family of three that I made back in 2020 when Caffè the cat and I finally move to the UK to live together with our favourite male hooman.

Right here is a painting I am nearly finished with, it is of my best friend Tony back in New Jersey's wife and his daughters. The two youngest ladies illustrated are my nieces, I am a very proud uncle. He is going to give this painting to his wife for Mother's Day coming up.

Back then, my Voigtländer Bessa R3A still had a 40mm lens… later replaced by 50mm Carl Zeiss glass. The beautiful and wonderfully detailed portrait paintings by Mexican artist Edgar Zepeda Diaz are 'painted' with a most unusual medium - broom grass! He dyes the straw with natural dyes made from insects, plants, fruits, and vegetables and carefully places each little piece on beeswax covered canvas.
