Ohhh, I'm interested in the machine identity aspect too. I was thinking about deploying #openbao at some point but I'm going to have to check out SPIFFE/Spire

Uuuuuuuh, #OpenBao (the open source fork of #Hashicorp #Vault) just released version 2.2.0 and now includes the UI, that was missing so far.
The package for @opensuse was adapted, tested and worked out fine. Will soon be available in #Tumbleweed!

@geerlingguy Yup. We're moving to #openbao
OpenBao adds pkcs11 seal for automatic unsealing, but you have to create the key in your HMS first. Also many other useful features such as recursively listing KV entries
