Only MAGA types would allow Musk to put a neurolink in their heads (even though they rejected COVID vaccines because they stupidly believed it contained neurolinks. Maybe someone should have started a rumor that they were Musk's neurolinks so they would have gotten vaccinated). But, it all cancels out. Elon apparently doesn't need neurolinks to control MAGA brains. So, I conclude, there is no market for Musk's neurolinks.
