So let us listen to Irmgard Seefried and Hans Hotter as Eve and Adam with the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra and Eugen Jochum in 1951. Slower than we usually hear it nowadays, but utterly transcendental.

note: Canadian, not American.

Some people run #hotter; some run #cooler. I'm quite content to walk around in shorts and a short-sleeved shirt when it's 10C, or cooler if it's not too windy. But I don't care for any real heat.

On the other hand, I have a sister-in-law who keeps her thermostat close to 30C; their AC basically never runs. She once vacationed in Cuba in July, and had to wear a #sweater lounging on the beach because it was "too cold" with the breeze.
