- Binged the first season of Top of the Lake which was great
- Dived into Ripley movies: Alain Delon in Purple Noon and Matt Damon in The Talented Mr. Ripley
- Ace in the Hole was brilliant!
- Fun time with a Sandra Bullock rom-com
- Read the novel first and then watched the 1946 version of The Postman Always Rings Twice
- Border was intense and beautiful
- Finally watched Yojimbo after several years in the watchlist

9 animated shorts, 2 fiction and 1 documentary features at #BFIFlare.

Outside of festival hours; 5 Pasolinis, a Japanese child abandonment drama from 2004, a cheesy cringey gay coming out drama from 2007, and a rewatch of the dude movie.

The week’s highlight was Pasolini. Don’t know why I resisted to watch his catalogue until now, despite the fact that I had loved Teorema years ago. Salò is an instant favourite, and all 3 movies in Trilogy of Life were great.
