Most importantly, I'm excited about being a part of a cooperatively managed fediverse server. As I was looking around for a new home on the fediverse, I realized that it needs to be democratically managed and explicitly anti-fascist in its values. Social.coop is one of those servers that I have been eyeing for a while, but didn't want to lose my "JOINED" date or lose my past content.
