Previously I asked if there are any broadband co-ops in the EU. I asked this because in my opinion this is also the space where we can build *affordable* decentralized shared compute and fediverse hosting coops.

I've received one reply that there are plans for this in Belgium.

My next question: Is anyone using their home connection to provide services from
to the internet?

If I may answer the second q. for myself. I provide a chatroom (on a always on Raspberry Pi) to my local food coop (Voko) to deal with the aftermath of monthly ordering, where people are sometimes left with bulk quantities that others might want to take over.

BTW, I ask this to see if people manage to punch a hole in their router to one of their machines. And then if anyone manages to get NAT routed back from a public address. I expect very few..
