I’m getting quite frustrated reading the constant ‘amounts to’ framing, the attacks and detentions *are* war crimes.
If someone is kicked, shoved, beaten it doesn’t ‘amount to’ assault, it IS assault.
If someone is shot dead by another it doesn’t ‘amount to’ murder, it IS murder.
