Among those six, those who are fugitives wanted by the #ICC for #WarCrimes , #CrimesAgainstHumanity and/or #Genocide [1], apart from #Duterte, are #Putin plus 5 other Russians [2]; #Netanyahu + #Gallant [3]. #AungMin so far only has a request to #PreTrialChamberI for an arrest warrant [4][5].
