Stock Dove
The Stock Dove (Columba oenas) grows up to 32 cm tall and has a wingspan of up to 66 cm. It feeds on seeds, nuts and wild herbs. It is the only dove that breeds in abandoned tree holes.


Hohltaube
Die Hohltaube (Columba oenas) wird bis zu 32 cm groß und bekommt eine Spannweite von bis zu 66 cm. Sie ernährt sich u.a. von Sämereien, Nüsse und Wildkräuter. Ihren Namen hat sie daher, weil sie in verlassenen Baumhöhlen brütet.
