Interesting thing of switching to airbrush painting, is how you gotta rethink your order of working....
I gotta say that this works very well: painting the masked undercarriage wells AFTER the main paintjob

Main paintjob done, squadron markings applied from the #32nd #TFS #Wolfhounds based at #Soesterberg AB.
That leaves the stencilling and some touching up and weathering here and there and attach the external stores.

And gonna take a break from this seat belt detailing now... Been holding my breath for too long....
I started some work on this F-4E Phantom that came in one fat m***er of a box , while waiting for the cockpit 3D decals to arrive.
And I managed to get a decal set for a livery from the 32nd #Wolfhounds at #SoesterbergAB in the seventies. Which technically was still Royal Netherlands Air Force since they were under the #KLu direct command.
Pues ya estaría. Ahora lo dejaré secar con calma. Cuando vuelva a tener tiempo, aplicaré algo de lija fina donde puedan quedar pegotes y empezaré con la pintura. #maquetas #modelismo #scalemodelling
