If you like taming lizard doggos in #Satisfactory, they’re very easy to spot today!
Satisfactory is getting a photo mode, new building tools, proper controller support and programmable elevators - https://www.rockpapershotgun.com/satisfactory-is-getting-a-photo-mode-new-building-tools-proper-controller-support-and-programmable-elevators #MultiplayerCooperative #MultiplayerCompetitive #CoffeeStainPublishing #CoffeeStainStudios #ActionAdventure #Satisfactory #SinglePlayer #Firstperson #Simulation #Strategy #Indie #PC
First #Satisfactory co-op since 1.0, and this time it's a four-hander. From "zero" to "look at that space elevator" in just under 2 hours.
I love this game, and it's even better with more people helping get the work done.
So...I finished #satisfactory. What's next? New game with a different approach? Continue building in the old save? Something entirely different? #linuxgaming
Oh no! Nuclear Consequences!
Last time we finally achieved Nuclear Power
...but now we gotta do something about all this
Nuclear Goo
.
...we should at least find a better spot for it than between all these cybertrucks. Streams up at 2et (~4hrs!) #vtuber #satisfactory
#Satisfactory 1.0 save progress: I'm going to deliver water to my nuclear power plants by train, and what's worse, I'm sending the train way up to the high oasis in the desert to get that water. It's madness, I tell you.
Fun madness, though.
The downside with sharing Satisfactory builds & worlds is that ultimately people who don’t know/play the game won’t have any idea as to how much work you’ve put in- ie, they could just think that a lot of the stuff is modular or pre built and you just built it in a nice location. Or, that they don’t understand the level of detailing you can do with the game.
No criticisms or woe is me- just a thought that probably translates to a lot of other world building games too!
#Satisfactory 1.0 solo save progress... well, no progress, just blueprints. But blueprints in service of achieving massive railway elevation changes with elegance and style. (Spirals, in other words.) And I wrote a tutorial for those (like myself) who aren't fond of trying to learn from YouTube videos: https://greyduck.net/journal/4836
Me playing #Satisfactory for the second time: "This time everything is gonna be soooo organized"
50hrs later...
"oh no"

Got Satisfactory Friday night at around 10PM, I already have 30 hours in the game... Talk about an immediate addition to one hell of a game.
#Satisfactory 1.0 save progress on my last day of vacation: I have the sulfur and the nitrogen needed to get the nuclear power plant going. Next up? Iron, concrete, and ever-so-much water.
#Satisfactory 1.0 save progress: Yes, I've picked the game back up again as I push toward getting a nuclear power plant running. Nothing to screenshot as today's progress was mostly just laying monorail track and fixing some mistakes I'd made previously. But: Progress!
Had so much fun last summer playing #satisfactory with a bunch of friends. Good times.
No, *you* just started another game of #Satisfactory after topping out the first world in 240 hours

Me: "Look at the crazy proxmox homelab I built last week, it has over a dozen interlinked containers and VMs spread across four local machines and some cloud assets."
[ spends 15 walking through the setup ]
Friend: "Good to see you found something to do after finishing Satisfactory."
