A 4 panel (2 by 2) webcomic by Riri (alienby.comics on Instagram) entitled Gendered Interests.

Panel 1 shows Riri sorting their interests into masc & fem on a board, whilst climbing up a ladder. Text reads: "When I first started my gender identity journey, I mentally categorised all of my interests as masculine or feminine."

Panel 2 shows falling off the ladder & trying to hide their masc interests. Text continues: "I became self conscious about the things I considered masculine, and began hiding those things from others so I could be taken seriously as a trans fem person."

Panel 3 shows a cycle with labels "reinforce" & "rely on". Text continues: "But these things aren't truly gendered. Marketing relies on & reinforces the gender binary to advertise products or media, & this construct is hard to escape."

Panel 4 shows Riri sitting cross-legged, having taken all their interests off the board & piled them together. Text continues: "But as I become more confident in who I am, I realise my interests are one beautiful pile of things I love. They have no gender. I can like what I like."
