I just found out that my brand-new congressman, Josh Riley (D-NY19) voted Yes on Laken-Riley. This is a terrible piece of anti-immigrant legislation. Only 48 Dems voted for it. I just called and gave his voicemail a piece of my mind. I do not want my rep 'shifting to the right' or playing nice with Rs, I want him fighting them with everything he's got. @atrupar #NY19’s mendacious rep Marc Molinaro seizing the moment to seek attention on Fox & boost his MAGA cred with the usual Republican tropes. Real problems, no solutions. In Marc’s mind his role as an elected public servant while New Yorkers face unprecedented unhealthy air quality is not to discuss solutions to climate change; still he is very concerned about Hunter Biden & chocolate milk

@Free_Press I live in the Hudson Valley. Without any fact checking whatsoever, Republicans #NY19’s Molinaro & #NY17’s Lawler used this craven lie to fund raise and stoke anti immigrant sentiment. Neither has made a public statement correcting their dishonest incendiary rhetoric. Both MAGA pretending to be moderates, they need to be voted out.
