Already #FOSSBack #fossbackstage feels like a distant memory. But to be in a crowd of like-minded people is an awesome feeling. And it motivates like crazy. The future goal is clear, but the walk is uphill.

- FRAME tasks
- tasks that utilize newcomer ignorance

Listening to a talk at #FOSSBackstage from Ashley Sametz "Commit to Inclusion: Building Better Open Source Culture" including a depressing litany of tech companies (including Amazon, Google, Shopify and Meta) that have rolled back DEI efforts. Not OK. Open source communities need to push back against this regressive trend.
