Wo kein Wille, da kein Weg? Die #Bundesanstalt für #Immobilienaufgaben (#BImA), die übrigens dem #Bundesfinanzministerium untersteht, hat im Jahr 2023 als Bauherrin lediglich 68 #Wohnungen fertiggestellt. Zugleich würden weiterhin Wohnungen aus dem Bestand an #private #Investoren verkauft.
