I started the process of opening a Hetzner account.

First they ask me for a phone number. Odd, but fair enough... they might need it to confirm my identity when I call support.

Then they ask for my home address? Even more odd, but then again... they might need it to post my recovery keys in case I mess up my 2FA?

Now they ask me for a copy of my passport?! No way mate. Account nuked! Ktxbye!
