Seems like a lot is going on in #Middlebury right now while listening on the scanner. Evacuations for sure, and even perhaps a rescue—it’s hard to tell. I feel like this flooding came out of nowhere. Roads are closed. Seems like folks should avoid the area right now if possible. #Vermont #VTwx
