Is the political consensus around banning social media for children in Australia as much about cutting them off from news media that they consume as much as preventing harm? Just a thought.
@ideogram yes, they are becoming politically aware, soon to vote, and they major parties are getting scared, along with MSM loosing control of the narrative. The kids in general are smart and aware and don't like what is happening to our planet.

@ideogram You could be right. Effective indoctrination must start at an early age. If you were only ever raised on Murdoch media then you would (most likely*) treat it as a trusted source as an adult.
