GermanZero Hamburg<p>Stoppt den klima- und umweltschädlichen <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Bundesverkehrswegeplan" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bundesverkehrswegeplan</span></a> - schreibt eine Mail an eure Abgeordneten</p><p>Die aktuelle Bedarfsplanüberprüfung (<a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/BP%C3%9C" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BPÜ</span></a>) des Bundesverkehrswegeplans (<a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/BVWP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BVWP</span></a>) ist eine Farce: Trotz eskalierender <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Klimakrise" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Klimakrise</span></a> und des beschleunigten Verlustes an <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Biodiversit%C3%A4t" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Biodiversität</span></a> soll an allen Bauvorhaben festgehalten werden.</p><p>Dabei sind allein schon die als vordringlich eingestuften ca. 1.000 Straßenneu- und -ausbauprojekte mit den internationalen und nationalen Natur- und Klimaschutzzielen unvereinbar. Laut Rechtsgutachten von Heß (2021) ist der aktuelle Bedarfsplan wegen Verstoßes gegen die <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/SUP" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SUP</span></a>-Richtlinie der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/EU" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>EU</span></a> formell <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/unionsrechtswidrig" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>unionsrechtswidrig</span></a>. Zudem ist er materiell <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/verfassungswidrig" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>verfassungswidrig</span></a>, da er das <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Ber%C3%BCcksichtigungsgebot" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Berücksichtigungsgebot</span></a> zum <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Klimaschutz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Klimaschutz</span></a> gemäß §13 Abs. 1 <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/KSG" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>KSG</span></a> nicht erfüllt (Quelle im Kommentar).</p><p>Am 29.1. tagt der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Verkehrsausschuss" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrsausschuss</span></a> der <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Bundesregierung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bundesregierung</span></a> und entscheidet darüber, die <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/BP%C3%9C" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BPÜ</span></a> – wie bisher üblich – durch zu winken oder den Abgeordneten zur Prüfung und Korrektur vorzulegen.</p><p>Daher die Bitte: Schreibt euren Abgeordneten und teilt ihnen mit: Die <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/BP%C3%9C" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BPÜ</span></a> muss im <a href="https://climatejustice.global/tags/Bundestag" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bundestag</span></a> auf den Klimaprüfstand!
