Looking forward to scanning tomorrow.<a href="https://photog.social/tags/NikonFM3A" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#NikonFM3A</a> was a dream to shoot, but I missed out on a few quick shots not having autofocus. Mostly cars driving by with their own signs etc.This camera body (especially with the 50mm pancake) is much smaller/lighter than my <a href="https://photog.social/tags/NikonF100" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#NikonF100</a> though, so it’s a tough decision.I saw a handful of others with cameras, but I’m fairly certain I was the only one I saw with film 😃<a href="https://photog.social/tags/FilmPhotography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#FilmPhotography</a> <a href="https://photog.social/tags/AnalogPhotography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#AnalogPhotography</a>

Analogue.PhotoUmeda Sky Building, Osaka, Japan. Film kept refrigerated but not frozen. I spent 5 years lusting after the FM3a (2003 to 2008) even though I had migrated fully to Canon dSLRs in that time. I bought mine new, from a Vancouver camera store, on "closeout pricing"; IIRC, I paid $599 CAD for it, brand new. And IMO, the greatest mechanical 35mm camera ever made. Developed at the sunset of the film 35mm SLR. Tested in Antartica.
