But that only applies to the funders who belong to <a href="https://fediscience.org/tags/cOAlition_S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>cOAlition_S</span></a>. It doesn't apply to the many universities signing this kind of agreement.
