Ben Kingsley is a retired gentleman in a small midwest town, and an unlikely target for first contact with an alien species. It's warm, it's funny, it has a bit of the air of Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993), and it doesn't go in the completely obvious directions that you expect it to.</p><p>It's another movie for <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/adults" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>adults</span></a>, with interesting characters, great performances, and very few <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/pixels" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pixels</span></a>.</p><p>Highly <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/recommended" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>recommended</span></a>.</p><p><a href="https://mindly.social/tags/film" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>film</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/CGIFestival" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CGIFestival</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/CGIFest" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CGIFest</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/junk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>junk</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/crap" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>crap</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/FilmsForAdults" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>FilmsForAdults</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/MoviesForAdults" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MoviesForAdults</span></a></p><p>Aside: these mini <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/MovieReview" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>MovieReview</span></a> toots seem to be appreciated. Given how difficult it is to find good movies for adults - things where story, people, relationships are the core, rather than Yet Another Horrible <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/Disney" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Disney</span></a>/#Marvel <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/CGI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CGI</span></a> <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/Festival" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Festival</span></a> - and how little promotion <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/Hollywood" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Hollywood</span></a> gives such movies, I think I'll keep sharing these. And maybe start searching the <a href="https://mindly.social/tags/fediverse" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fediverse</span></a> for others' takes on the same sorts of searches.</p>
