Together with the Governance Working Group, I've just posted a proposal to clarify the language in the Bylaws: loomio.org/p/1PSop0v2/bylaws-r Please participate. The proposal is open for 10 days.

Now for the awkward “read any good books lately?” phase of entering a new social medium, wherein I link out to stuff I’ve been reading in hopes of either finding conversations to join or sparking them off.

Likely topics in 2018 include: with Indigenous languages; agroecology and urban agriculture; Southern radical strategy; programming languages; Quakerism; and of course worker cooperatives in tech and elsewhere.

I love @theselc's adorable new zine on why California should legalize home-based food business for co-ops, nonprofits, and local governments.
