@risabee Nice. Since I moved here two years ago I've built about 1300 sq feet of mostly raised beds, plus a fair amount of fruit-bearing bushes and trees. That feels like plenty to keep me busy, so I dunno how long I'll be able to keep expanding the cultivated area. But then I'm not interested in "import substitution" for cheap staples like dry beans and cereal grains, so maybe this is enough.

@risabee So far I've got two rhizomes each of cascade and willamette hops growing up on trellises I nailed around my porch, but I'll need to plant a lot more on trellises all along the front of the trailer if I'm to have enough to hop all my own beer. So far this summer I've just had enough to dry hop in addition to the commercial hops I used cooking the wort. Trellises for hops and cucumbers on the south and east sides will be good for cooling anyway.
