@mattcropp The details have never been crazy public, but 37Signals (Basecamp) got some startup capital/advices/etc from Bezos. The company has been pretty consistent with their business approach, and they're pretty anti-VC. It's still a long shot, but I don't think the Bezos relationship is a deal-breaker.
