Maron the Shiba and Milky Way the StreetCat (rehabilitated and very trusting and affectionate now... for better or worse: I a cat on the head and nibbles on the hand by 5 every morning- breakfast!)...
They keep each other entertained. It's helpful when you don't have time to provide all the affection and attention they deserve: they provide it for each other!!

マロン(柴犬)と近くの早水神社(公園)に行った。 マロンはライオンと出あったり、 鯉を見たり、 鉄棒で遊んだりしてよい土曜日の朝だった。 お昼から雨だったので、 昼寝にぱったり。

Aoshima beach area with Maron. Some of the best bread (and Chai, and conversation) anywhere at Pan Cafe Ao... Maron likes the yard here too, she could jump and eat worms and grasshoppers here. And she met a nice 14yo Jack Russel Terrier that came with the bread-maker cafe young woman that makes Pan Cafe Ao work so well...

Mikey is really a friend of Maron's. But sometimes the other dogs seem to wanna teach her some manners: curb your enthusiasm. It looked like he wanted to kill her but he's seems fairly harmless. The big white Akita pup has started to try and teach her some manners too, sometimes there a short, sharp bark and a head grab among the teeth....
