Dans la copropriété où j'habite dont je suis copropriétaire (ne me cancelez pas svp ), on a une place de parking (souterrain). On n'a pas de voitures. On a demandé au syndic si on pouvait mettre un rack vélo. Le local à vélo est loin et très mal sécurisé. Iels ont refusé sans réel justification juridique. Savez vous si on a légalement le droit d'en mettre un ?

Le partage et surtout les réponses mettent des vélos sur la route.
