The match will apply to all purchases made from April 21st to May 5th, 2025!

You will never hear an anarchist say that she or he "served" their time in prison - it is so lame and cringeworthy to hear others who've spant their lives doing their utmost evading the law, fighting the establishment on every front, often themselves otherwise hardened or brutal - to then misuse and simply in an indoctrinated manner then regurgitate the term '"served". #incarceration

I enthusiastically and unreservedly advocate for the #dueprocess rights of #KilmarAbregoGarcia to be restored. The goal of my advocacy is to see Mr. Garcia afforded his #rights by any legal means necessary.

Furthermore, I openly and passionately criticize and condemn this administration, and each individual member of the executive branch involved with the planning, execution, or legal defense of Mr. Abrego Garcia’s illegal removal, and I deeply hope that all such individuals will promptly be removed from office by any legal means necessary.

In addition, I vigorously advocate for the use of non-violent #civildisobedience in defense of Mr. Abrego Garcia and any and all individuals facing illegal #incarceration and/or removal by any government agency or agent.

Finally, I strongly urge Herr Kaiser Gorka to go fuck himself, and I double-dog dare this administration to attempt to charge me with any crime or civil offense in relation to this post.

"In a stunning #WhiteHouse appearance that should alarm anyone who cares about constitutional rights, #democracy, the rule of law or anything of the sort, Donald #Trump and Salvadoran dictator Nayib #Bukele openly defied a Supreme Court order while discussing plans to expand #ElSalvador’s notorious detention system to imprison US citizens without due process. The meeting, which came just days after Trump admitted the US could retrieve #AbregoGarcia from unlawful detention in El Salvador, devolved into the two leaders joking about imprisoning anyone while promoting a chilling vision of “#liberation through #incarceration.”"

Today in Labor History March 20, 2000: Jamil Abdullah Al-Amin, formerly known as H. Rap Brown, was arrested for murdering a Georgia sheriff’s deputy. Al-Amin had been a member of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee and the Black Panthers. He once said that “violence is as American as cherry pie.” Al-Amin denied shooting the deputy. His fingerprints were not found on the murder weapon. He had no gunshot wounds, though officers who were present at the shootout claimed that the suspect had been hit and wounded. Another man, Otis Jackson, later confessed to being the shooter, but the authorities have repeatedly denied Al-Amin’s requests for a retrial. He is now serving a life sentence. He had been at Florence supermax, under a gag order preventing interviews with journalists. In 2014, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. He is now at the U.S. Penitentiary, Tucson. In April 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear his appeal from al-Amin.

Canadian woman #incarcerated entering the country to go to a professional conference, despite holding all the appropriate paperwork.

And she's still there, eleven days later, in horrible conditions this country usually only reserves for the poor, the Black, and the brown.

The only upside here is that the improper #arrest of an attractive young white Canadian woman for imaginary #immigration violations might start to open some people's eyes.
