Ich hab ein gebrauchtes #Pixel geschenkt gekommen und natürlich gleich als erstes #grapheneOS drauf installiert.
Das kleinere Kind hat sofort überrissen, dass ich jetzt "zu viele" Handys hab. Aber es liegt ja nicht am Mangel an Hardware, dass es "immer noch" kein eigenes Handy hat, das arme.
Mein Fairphone mit #LineageOS ist eh total super und wird grundsätzlich noch sehr lange funktionieren. Aber Graphene ist schon ein ganz anderes Level. Ich werde probieren und gustieren. 
Me contesto yo mismo porque he visto esta otra opción que posiblemente es aún mejor ya que yo tampoco necesito el mejor móvil del universo. Así muy por encima, veo que los #FairPhone llevan Android, seguramente no va a ser tan bueno en privacidad y seguridad como #GrapheneOS pero con esta opción no se le daría ni un € a #GoogleEvil. Ya me lo plantearé cuando pete mi actual móvil.

Ok #GrapheneOS people. A feature that I'm missing is the ability to easily search for humorous GIF images and paste them into text boxes from the keyboard. I'm sure all my signal contacts will be missing my ridiculous tendency. Is there a similar thing I can install?

My workaround for the #Chigee display not pairing with my #GrapheneOS phone has WORKED!!
When I get back "to normal" I will figure out why the pairing keeps failing. For now, though, I have nav, music, telephony, and sms on the moto.

Feature i really liked on my moto phone that's not on #grapheneos was "chop to turn on flashlight" you basically shake the phone like chopping wood and it turns on the light. Is there any fdroid or other app that gives some kind of similar eyes free feature? I don't want to look at the screen to turn on the light.
I have this weird bug where sometimes randomly the UI starts using the secondary language that I set up. my phone system should be in English but sometimes parts of the UI are suddenly in German.
In the first screenshot, we can see that the date is in english: Wednesday
But the notification is in German: "jetzt" (means 'now').
The other two screenshots are from weeks ago where I locked the phone a few times and unlocked it to make it use English again 
I haven't figured out how it is triggered. After a few minutes it is back in English.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Preliminary report from the first few hours of #GrapheneOS on my Pixel 9a.
Phone itself is nice, as long as you're ok with no headphone jack. It's a little smaller than my older one, and i'm a little more fumbly with the keyboard.
Install went fine on Linux + Chromium using web-install per the website instructions. Literally took maybe 20 mins total including reading instructions.
I downloaded F-droid and signal to my laptop and sent it over USB so I could install apps I want. That was easy
I had a plan to switch to #grapheneos when this iPhone dies, but now more than ever I dont want to give money to google for a new #pixel . The new #fairphone #Fairphone5 looks a phenomenal bargain in comparison to a pixel. Also looked at #nothingphone anyone know if its possible to #degoogle these phones completely? It seems crazy that buying a Google phone seems the best method to reliably degoogle!! Graphene team doing the lords work.

I was a bit uneasy about buying a new Pixel 9a and then changing it over to #grapheneos but I used the recommended web install process and it went without a single hitch. Beauty!

Kagi search engine is absolutely the best thing: you can sort results by RECENCY. And DDG's AI is dangerously wrong.
For phones, #GrapheneOS, just out of the box, is pretty darned good.
I found #Ubuntu had slightly fewer niggly-problems than #Mint. I'd consider that an equal endorsement of both, as my setup is weird.
All in all, a great list, sharing to my entire family.

También parece interesante el soporte de 7 años que te dan de parches y actualizaciones (el mismo que Google) frente a los cuatro años que da por ej. Samsung (me parece una política muy lamentable si está hecha para forzar a un cambio de móvil).

Mám tu plně funkční Google Pixel 6a s nainstalovaným GrapheneOS. Bezpečnostní aktualizace do července 2027. Perfektní pro někoho, kdo to myslí vážně se soukromím a chce bezpečný telefon bez Google sledovaček.
Telefon má známky běžného používání a trochu zlobí konektor na nabíjení, ale jinak šlape v pohodě.
Kdyby někomu udělal radost a využil ho naplno, dej vědět do zpráv. Rád ho pošlu dál – hlavně někomu, kdo ví, co má v rukou.
