Six months ago Kawarau Gibbston outside Queenstown finally received dark sky certification.

Now that certification is in danger after Luxon's losers fast-tracked a plan to plonk a complete village of 3,000 people, right at the bottom of Coronet Peak.

While this development will benefit Rod Drury and a few other rich listers who always want more money, their greed will add to the ongoing environmental destruction of the Queenstown area.
