Making a DIY #Eurorack case from 3M screw rails, MFOS bipolar power supply, and scrap wood I found in this house I moved into last year. This is mainly a project for getting more practice using power tools. I lived in small rental accommodation nearly all my life so had little reason to own any until now.

Which way should I orient it? Power entering from lower right or from the upper left?

"Shift Register Random Calvados Voltage"

How about a track made on my 54hp lunchbox #eurorack #modular #synth, with some rhythm also generated by the synth? Using the #Disting Mk4 algorithm F6, the shift register random quantized voltage function and frequency divider for the percussions. #korg #volca #mix compressor used to create part of the rests and syncopation. Food related? Calvados.

One of these days I’m going to go home from Big Ears and design something drone-friendly for #eurorack.

I’m working on a complex oscillator right now, which absolutely *could* be very drone-friendly . . . so really I need to invest more in slowwwwwww complex modulation. Been wanting to do a quadrature LFO, and some kind of super slow chaotic oscillator like a Sloths . . .
Just heard about Paul Schreiber's passing.

For semi-random reasons (having to do with VCVRack, long story), a used E340 Cloud Generator was the first physical #eurorack module I ever bought. And it's still sitting in my rack right now. I didn't even have a power supply when I got it -- I had to build one from a kit in order to power it up & use it.

I think Paul would have appreciated that, actually :)
