Overheated my milk this morning 
but still drank it. Had to adjust the grind a fair bit - it took two failed shots to get the grind size right. Changed coffee beans and weather is all together too warm, weird and windy. #barista

I won’t be going to set up at the night market after all. Night time and coffee don’t work for most people. So I will go and listen to the music and leave when I want to

It's market week, so I am busy preparing for Friday Night Eats. Last time I did a night market, the coffee didn't sell that well, so I am going to make Espresso martinis and iced coffee as well as the other cold drinks. That means I don't have to cart the entire coffee machine to the market. I can prep the espresso beforehand and bring that! #barista
