Vance did not visit Greenland.

Because unwelcome.

Vance touched down at a US controlled military base. In the far frozen north, away from towns, not connected by roads.

The base was donated because of friendship, alliance, treaty and NATO, for mutual defence.

Thugs used the honoured friendship base to threaten Greenland.

Thugs.

The stink of Shame like a bad deodorant.

It would stink in every room.

My dad asked me how I paint pictures while he was visiting me once. I showed him my process, so he asked me to make a viking guy holding an axe. I spent about four days doing this. The more detailed a picture is, the longer it's going to take me. I finished it after he returned home and then posted it. Sometimes I do more realistic art, and this was a time where it paid off I think. What do you think?

🥥 Zero-sized Consumer Financial Protection Bureau staffers leave epic press-release behind as they're drummed out of service.
A sample:
"CFPB Union members welcome our newest colleagues and look forward to the smell of Axe Body Spray in our elevators. While Acting Director Bessent allows Musk's operatives to bypass cybersecurity policies and wreak havoc with their amateur code skills inside CFPB's once-secure systems..."

Wonkette · This Press Release From the CFPB Union Is Just ... *Chef's Kiss*By Robyn Pennacchia

FreeBSD 14.2-RELEASE is officially recommended for new installations.

If you perform a new installation, I do recommend the switch to pkgbase – before exiting the installer for the operating system.

The switch is not difficult, now – and will become easier with future releases.

Your emphasis should be to minimise the traditional steps – in particular, do not rush to add a user. Things such as addition are, instead, easily performed after first boot of the installed system.

An ultra-condensed explanation:

a) install the OS
b) install the OS

– and the second installation negates the need for future use of freebsd-update.

Yes – pictured here – will give you the so-called chroot environment, in which you can complete the switch. There's a traditional command prompt.

Packaging of the OS became official more than a year ago; packages are maintained by the Primary Release Engineering Team; freebsd-update is an axe candidate for 15.0; and so on.

Happy to have my work in the Accessibility Chapter of the HTTP Archive's Web Almanac featured in StateScoop.

statescoop.com/state-websites-

I belive that this is the first government-wide scan of USA states for web accessibility. The report averages over 34,000 state government web pages to create a meaningful snapshot of how inclusive government sites are.
