RAHU is running two Organising Training sessions on Saturday the 14th of December 2024. Twice in one night to make sure comrades across multiple time zones can make it!

Organising is the key to change, and there’s a lot to get to, so let’s go!

The church conversion at 38 Walmer is a perfect place to add housing, close to 2 subway lines, and very bikeable. But Annex residents are good at keeping people out.

As an aside, it's also worth joining a #TenantsUnion, such as #LivingRent. They usually have options for those who cannot afford to pay a membership.

Collectively it is easier to push for a more human friendly world.

*This* is why we need tenants' unions to lead the fight for tenants' rights, not charities who aim to speak *for* tenants instead of empowering tenants with their own voice, as tenants' unions seek to do.

If you're in Scotland, join @livingrent.
If you're in Ireland, join CATU.

We must regain a collective voice so that we can speak for what we as tenants *actually* want.

In politics, the principle of 'nothing about us, without us' must apply.
