using an M3 macbook pro at work for testing intune policy, and this notch in the screen might seriously be the most disgusting piece of design I have seen on a computer. Who seriously OK'd this?
When doing remote work in my office room I usually have my 4K monitor as my main screen and the #MacBook display as a 2nd screen. However when working somewhere else, I only have the MacBook screen. The #notch can be a bit annoying as it hides some menu bar icons.
I found this neat little application #zNotch, which "hides" the notch and moves the menu bar below it so it has the full space available. There is also a #Raycast extension to toggle zNotch.

While most complain about #Notch and #DynamicIsland (maybe not so much the latter) I love it. I absolutely love it, hope @airbuddy adds icons to this so I can get an even nicer visual that volume vs brightness is changing. Yes I know you can hear and see the difference without an icon, but come on, icons are nice!

I have a weird bug with #GoogleChrome in #macOS #Ventura on my #MacBookAir (latest model with camera #notch):
When I drag and drop an URL from Chrome's address bar, the menu bar moves under the notch, and black edges appear around the screen.
This happens only with Chrome. Other drag-and-drop actions do not reproduce this bug.
Can anyone confirm this behaviour - and perhaps provide an explanation (and instructions on how to avoid this)?
Damals™ hab ich direkt bei #Notch die Alpha-Version von #Minecraft gekauft. Für 10 Dollar. Es wurde eine lebenslange Lizenz versprochen. Nun versagt mir das Spiel den Login (auf Minecraft.net kann ich mich einloggen) und meinte, ich müsste meinen Account in ein Microsoft-Konto umwandeln. Umwandeln geht aber nicht, Support kann auch nicht helfen, da alle Daten der Transaktion die ich von damals noch habe, nicht in deren System sind. 
Sehr ärgerlich.

So it's showing them being childish when they complain at #Notch on #Twitter - who's been not just out of #Mojang for almost a decade but had all references to himself wiped from #Minecraft for good - that people like #orsond / #orsondmc haven't reflected the situation at all.
But I guess the same guy would also complain for getting arrested after filling up their car on a gas station, refusing to pay and just driving away.
And whilst #FitMC is again nuanced here, I can understand #Microsoft!

@rdillon76 Haha. We, like everyone else, got a dog during Covid and have been incesantly annoyed by the no dog policy in Boston. But, cross the river and you can have dogs at those breweries - but who wants to cross the river! 
As someone who adores #BoneUpBrewing - I kid, I kid. But, it will be delightful to be able to bring my dog to the #Brighton #Notch beer garden.
