As I sit in an #NHS hospital during an appointment I can only say it's still very good but struggling with underfunding and unhelpful policy nonsense from successive governments who have continued to fail the other critical sector, social services (aka #SocialCare)
Latest findings from our #BritishSocialAttitudes survey have been published by Nuffield Trust and The King's Fund.
The latest report, based on data we collected in Autumn 2024, has found that satisfaction with both the NHS and social care has continued to decline. 59% are ‘very’ or ‘quite’ dissatisfied with the NHS, a 7 percentage point rise on the previous year, and 53% of people are ‘very’ or ‘quite’ dissatisfied with social care.
