Mirrored turkey tails, that look like the shape of an #uterus

Symmetrical composition featuring mirrored segments of turkey tail bracket fungi & forest floor elements. Main subject is turkey tail fungus displaying concentric color banding from brown, orange & gray to green, contrasting with scattered dry pine needles ; green mossy background. Depth of field is shallow. The mirrored effect creates an abstract, almost Rorschach-like visual.

Working on some new figurines, maybe. Soon. Hopefully.

I'm thinking one of the tall ones will be a blue-faced Sarasvati. One may be Brighid, once I figure out how to get a tartan color scheme on there, lol. For the third I'm thinking maybe Oshun.

I have an official tartan, via my maiden name, from my father's side of the family. I will probably try those colors, even though they don't thrill me.

I have cast 5 new plaster figurines, three of the 9" tall Divine Feminine molds, two on a wide base and one on a shippable smaller, heavier base. These will be beta tests for their respective motifs, and will live in my glass door altar cabinet.

Also there are two of the 4" stele molds with some beaded jewelry embedded. These will eventually be for sale, once I have figured out the best colors and embellishments to go with their jewelry.

The plaster needs to cure a few days, then I will repair / sand the plaster, and seal it with with a non-toxic decoupage glue. Then I'll paint them and add embellishments.

A wooden keepsake box, hand painted and decoupaged, with a whimsical floral arrangement and a letter Shin cut from the same floral paper. The lid has a dusty rose background, and also embellished with some wood cutouts arranged to look like a flower.

A pecan stained keepsake box with decoupage on the top and front in a rose floral patters, embellished with a wood cutout in the shape of a circle with a floral center and vining radial arms. The predominant colors are white and pink.

Two walnut stained keepsake boxes with painted tops in bright yellow, decoupaged with blue hands spread out in a posture of blessing over a tiny temple in a teardrop. The first box has some other decoupage on the edges representing fire. The second box has some other decoupage on the edges representing earth (a flower on a stem in the form of a candle).

Dec 20th - The solstice is tonight / tomorrow. Lots of ritual will be going on. I blinged out this real wooden practice sword as a long athame (22") a couple of years back. It's sold, but I have 8 unfinished ones left I could customize for someone.

This wood sword has a royal blue pommel and handle, the wood "blade" is painted silver of course, and the bling is a wide green flowing line with orange and white jewel bead decor. The back is plain. The handle has a Divine Feminine symbol in black, surrounded by white jewel beadwork. The pommel has a spiral in black.

Needless to say these aren't for sword practice anymore, just for ritual.
