The terrorist russian #empire known as the russian federation doesn't negotiate. When it does, it is only to attain the advantage they require to achieve their imperialist objectives.

Every #treaty and agreement they sign with a stronger enemy is intended to weaken that enemy so that, over time, post-agreement, the russians gain the advantage they originally lacked to attain the same objective.

Peace with #russia won't be achieved by treaty. It can only be achieved by superior military power.
