Establish Budget 14, to pay for up to 12 hours a month of "radmin" (radical administration) work, to help the federation run smoother, for an initial period of 12 months.
this is a new step for us, establishing a paid role with a mandate to help boost our organising capacity 
if this passes, we'll be publishing an open call in may (hopefully). we're hoping to spread the open call in networks where this kind of paid remote finance/admin work would be most beneficial. any and all tips are welcome 
(the resolution text might be a bit dense to read because it's intended for fedi members but the open call text will be more general

Setting up a mail service, I thought I could just use mailu which has #coopcloud support - but it does something mighty weird when you setup a relay host [a service so make delivery actually work to closed email platforms] (it tries to deliver remote email via the relay host) - doh. So I tried setting up mailcow, which has surprisingly worked out amazingly well!
Just figuring out how to customize / add things now.
