Nicol Wistreich<p>Some big news in the <a href="https://social.coop/tags/CiviCRM" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>CiviCRM</span></a> world – driven by <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@artfulrobot" class="u-url mention">@<span>artfulrobot</span></a></span>, alongside <span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@bgm" class="u-url mention">@<span>bgm</span></a></span> and others – <a href="https://social.coop/tags/CiviCRMStandalone" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>CiviCRMStandalone</span></a> is returning. No longer will you need to install the biggest FOSS non-profit/non-capitalist CRM inside WordPress, Drupal, Joomla or Backdrop – it will have it&#39;s own user login, ACL and management system: <a href="https://civicrm.org/blog/josh/civicrm-without-cms-welcome-back-standalone" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">civicrm.org/blog/josh/civicrm-</span><span class="invisible">without-cms-welcome-back-standalone</span></a> (donations towards this welcome).</p><p>This should also make it easier to bridge with other PHP/Symfony Fediverse apps (Pixelfed, Castopod,…?)</p>
