What would you say is the best gift you received during this holiday? Mine was the reading light that attaches to my books so that I can ready printed books in bed without disturbing my wife by having the lights on. My wife had asked me for a list of stuff I wanted for Christmas. We had family over last night and opened gifts. Opening the gifts from my wife today I noted several gifts were the exact same thing I had just received from other family members.
My wife had bought things on the list and asked for additional things to send to my family, but she forwarded the whole message without indicating she already picked some up.
Guess I have to pick out a few replacement gifts now.

A week or so ago we received a gift box tower from friends, sent from Harry and David, the "Fruit of the month club" people. Three boxes of Christmas pears and other tasty treats. Which was good, but strange, in because we've never gotten one before, and mainly that for years, back in the 90s, my wife and I made extra Christmas money by taking phone orders for the company, and I've literally sold thousands of the things.
