The #canyon of the #Piva River in #Montenegro near #Mratinje - very close to the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina - for #MountainMonday. Unfortunately we were only passing through the country, and didn't spend much time in Bosnia-Herzegovina either, but this region is so lush and wild, and beautiful, I wish we could go again and explore more!

A wide, slightly high-angle shot shows a dramatic mountain gorge with a turquoise river flowing through it, as seen from a bridge. The foreground features a bright blue metal railing of the bridge, which runs horizontally across the lower portion of the frame.
